Fran Farrar is an artist printmaker who uses etching, monotype printing and paper manipulation to explore personal emotional responses relating to identity and ancestry. Through abstract printmaking, mark-making and film she portraits a complex environmental identity alongside familial connections and childhood memories. She aims to diarise her thoughts to contribute to an historic continuum.
